Arroyo law group is working with legalzoom for consultation services. I have used their legal consult a number of times, and have had good service each time. The lawyers and the service are good quality and can be affordable, depending on the consult: simple matters are included in a retainer, more difficult matters can cost typically high legal rates, so you can have a fairly low average if you are calling in monthly to discuss various legal matters, but can be just as expensive as a regular legal consult if you are typically calling in with detailed requests.

Greg Aslanian is an outstanding attorney. He explained every detail of my case, and was always communicative through the pandemic. Achieving positive results beyond my expectations. After being involved in a major accident I wasn't sure where to turn, I asked around and the Aslanian Law Firm was highly recommended via two separate persons. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Greg Aslanian was very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and trust worthy. Never did I feel pressured or left out of the loop. I was referred to Greg when I had a time-sensitive case. When I contacted him, I explained my situation and within that first conversation, he gave my all my options and scenarios of what would happen with my case. In October 2015 I was involved in an Auto v. Pedestrian accident, where I was the pedestrian. I reached out to a few personal injury attorneys within the Glendale/Pasadena area before being referred to The Aslanian Law Firm. Right from the first call Greg Aslanian gave me the reassurance that he could handle my case, by not only fighting for me in a case but in reassuring me that he would help me to the best of his abilities to get the best treatment for my injuries. Knowing that Law Firms are busy with multiple clients, Greg was always there to answer all my questions (no matter how elementary they were) along the way and it was never an issue getting a hold of him. I had never been involved in a situation where I needed an attorney but I am glad I was introduced to Greg. He always made sure my number 1 priority was getting 100% healthy again. My healing process took a while but as soon as I was healed and got clearance from the doctors Greg didn't hesitate and handled the rest of the case. He would provide me with feedback along the way with his conversations with the driver's insurance company and didn't leave me in the dark at all. It made me feel as if I was a part of the case.

Our insurance company was not agreeing the pay for damages that occurred during the loss. I was dealing with them personally and they were unresponsive to emails and phone calls. We decided to hire an attorney to deal with them. Greg very a wonderful negotiator and was able to get the insurance company to cover for our loss. It was a pleasure to deal with him. He was very straight forward, honest, on time and responded to messages promptly. He was knowledgeable in his field which gave him an upper hand during the negotiating process.
