When my mother experienced a workplace injury, it was a stressful time. We juggled constant urgent car visits, treatment rejection letters and accommodation requests. It was difficult trying to make sense of the complicated worker’s compensation insurance system while also trying to seek treatment and heal. A few weeks later, we decided to seek legal representation. We read the numerous great reviews on Joseph and called him for a consultation. During the call, Joe was friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable, detailing options we didn’t even know were available to us. Once Joseph took on my mom’s case, he worked hard to get her treatment and doctor’s appointments even when we moved out of state! As my mom’s case progressed, the insurance company brought on their own defense lawyers. Joe used his experience in defense law to continue to advocate for her treatment, prepare her for depositions and trial, and to skillfully secure a final compensation package. Healing from a workplace injury is already challenging, advocating for your own treatments and compensation even more so. I strongly recommend having Joseph represent you!

I hope you are not thinking about hiring this firm. I am dealing with a complaint so I will post again in more detail when the case is closed. I will also add a few emails showing how she treated me throughout. My experience cost 20k, and she should have never taken my case. She is rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, and in my opinion...lacking in knowledge. Read through her reviews to the ones that you can tell aren't staged or from other attorneys. Then go to the bar and look her up. Then, look at her pics and videos on Google. I looked too late. Trust me, read! This was the worst exp of my life. What a costly joke this was. RUN! This is only my opinion, but in my exp, if it looks like a duck! Just read around, please look! Last note guys, I was born and raised in LA county. I am so saddened by what has happened. Please, if you need legal help due to the fires...go elsewhere. You will thank me. On my life, you will thank me. My prayers go out to you all. More to come... I know PRod you wish me the best in my future endeavors. I can not say the same.

the consultation is is $255 for 30 min - very over priced - the legal advice was average. Her tone was very condescending. although i appreciate her honestly and expertise. Her delivery could have been way more pleasant especially after paying hundreds of dollars
