Michael helped our community group fight a large development. Our cause would not have achieved the level of recognition and attention that it did without Michael's wisdom, forethought, and execution. I cannot thank him enough for his help.

Michael Molland represented me in preparation for trial in a consumer law case opposing a large corporation. He inherited a complicated case and was quick to understand the intricacies involved. From the beginning, he was able to accurately pinpoint areas of strength and weakness in my case. He intelligently used this to define multiple legal strategies and as a result opposing counsel had to rethink their success at trial. Michael Molland has represented Citizens Advocating for Roblar Rural Quality (CARRQ) for several years in our fight to prevent the development of a gravel mine in rural west Petaluma. As an all-volunteer neighborhood group, CARRQ took on the uphill battle against the project developer and the County of Sonoma to stop the project, but it was not until Michael stepped in to help us that we were able to achieve any success at all. Michael took our case because he believed in our cause and wanted to help us make a difference in our community. He helped us craft strategies to oppose the project and guided us through years of legal actions. He (and his team) devoted hundreds of hours to our case and skillfully and tenaciously represented us before public agencies and in court. Of most importance to me though, has been Michael’s integrity; his ability to listen and put clients at ease, and his passion for doing what is right. I will be forever grateful to him for his counsel and I highly recommend him.

I worked with Michael for seven years on cases large and small and can say with confidence he is both a brilliant trial lawyer and an A+ person.
