My fiancé and I have had a CPS case open since last October. David Brooks and one of colleague helped us tremendously, they did a masterful job negotiating a settlement. All the evidence showed that me nor my fiancé had done any wrong doing to what CPS had accused us of. David is a Pitbull when it comes to defend his client. I would highly recommend him.
