We paid her $15,000 dollars for nothing she didn’t help us very bad attorney

After 2 years and no results contacted new lawyer and was settled within a month and got stuck for a bill we had paid her. She supposedly was a friend of the deceased!

If you have a website, offering a contact us link for appointment, only professional that you respond? Emailed this firm with request for appointment weeks ago....no response.

This is an awful attorney. She does not know what she is doing and is technologically illiterate. Do not hire her, because you will be wasting money and time. I had to hire another attorney.

Mario is fantastic! Let me first start by saying that I have hated every experience I ever had working with all lawyers...until I worked with Mario. He always provides sound, logical advice that makes sense for my exact situation. He listens carefully to me and asks probing questions to best understand my needs based on the facts. He makes you feel like you're working with a friend, not a lawyer. He never tries to BS me and NEVER gives me blanket statements like, "dont worry, we will take care of you...it will take some time and cost money upfront but it will be worth it in the end". Thats what other lawyers have said to me to string me along. He gives me the facts and always presents me with alternate solutions so that I can make informed decisions on what is best for me and my business. He has never sold me a bill of goods and never tries to bill me unnecessary hours. I have had other law firms (which I cannot name on Yelp) literally bill me $20k without delivering any results or even providing any sound advice. That was just the bill for merely listening to my case, and sending one letter out. Bottom Line: Mario Pacione is my go-to, and trusted lawyer.

Constant contact, even called on Sunday to report on the case. Understood case, understood me, and over a long time felt more like a friend than a client. Took over my case after I lost confidence with a previous lawyer. She had to clean up a mess, recover the case and carry it to closure. Wish I hired her at the start. Hope she's around if something else pops up. She is a model of integrity but tough when necessary. My case involved so many facets we were litigating on and off for over 15 years. I have 1000s of stories and antidotes. All business when the time required. A difficulty in Family Court especially with continuations is to look beyond the moment and point out how past evidence brings the credibility of current evidence in question. My case involved questioning the credibility of multiple accusations over many different court briefings. It is a complex and time consuming way to recover a case...for me it was necessary and couldn't have been done better.

She did not do a good job representing me in my Divorce. At one point I thaught she was representing my exwife. She aggreed to all her demands including an order against me.
