If I could give a 6-star rating for Catherine's services, I would. Initially, I was nervous about working with an employment lawyer, fearing I might pour money into a case that wouldn't turn out in my favor. I couldn't have been more wrong. Catherine was not only honest and compassionate but also incredibly thorough and responsive. She fought tirelessly for what she believed was right—on my behalf. The experience was better than I could have imagined. While I hope I won’t need her services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her in the future.

I retained Catherine while I was being unfairly pushed out of my Fortune 500 company and I’m so glad I did! Catherine was urgent, empathetic, knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. She took the time to really understand my complex case and it resulted in me keeping my job longer than I would have. She also negotiated a severance for me that the company originally was not going to grant. If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve been unfairly fired with no extra money in my pocket. I retained Ms. Rhodes in 2022 for an employment issue after speaking with several other potential lawyers. I was referred to her by a friend who's sibling had gone through a recent situation as well.
