I am beyond happy that we hired Carl at Lincoln Law for our bankruptcy filing. He worked hard for us to keep our monthly payments lower. I had consultations with two other law firms and, after reviewing the same information provided to Lincoln Law, they evaluated our monthly payment as double ($950) and triple ($1,300) the amount estimated by Carl ($450)! AND we did not have to come up with the huge deposit for the attorney fees -- only expenses were prepaid. Thank you so much Carl!

My wife and I found them to be very professional, once we had our consultation we knew right away that this was the firm that would be representing us through the bankruptcy.
We had completed the 341 meeting and are now just waiting for the discharge.
