I’m a believer. Sat on bankruptcy option for a few weeks and decided to shop. I can’t tell you strongly enough that if you’re sitting on the fence run to the nearest phone and call LL. Carl, Kathy, et al. have simply exceeded expectations, taken the world off my shoulders and have given me hope for a fresh start. The team is deeply qualified, professional, unusually kind and highly responsive. Don’t give it another thought. Call them. PROGRESS UPDATE: LL continues to impress w their performance. Carl has spearheaded my case and we just finished the creditors meeting w the trustee. Smooth, quick, painless and as promised. At this stage I only have one personal regret: I shoulda done this months ago!

Filing bankruptcy is a very stressful event even under the "best" of circumstances. There are a mix of emotions that come with it and getting a feel for good legal representation that is a good fit is important as that is who will be supporting you through the process. I consulted with three other law firms prior to selecting Lincoln law. One law firm was in San Diego. I felt Lincoln Law was a good fit for several reasons. First, the lawyer Richard Suh was professional, competent, and supportive. He explained things to me in simplified terms and left me feeling hopeful. Secondly, the paralegal Katherinee Arias was helpful, patient, and supportive. Lastly, I was impressed when I saw there was a lot of diversity at the law firm. I felt at ease, and supported which was most important. I highly recommend using legal services from Lincoln Law. It saved me additional unnecessary emotional distress I know I would've had to endure without their help. I had already spent YEARS in denial about my financial situation that prior to retaining Lincoln Law's legal services, I found myself plummeting into the black abyss of financial failure while flailing about trying to find my way to nowhere. There IS light at the end of the tunnel and I highly recommend you not go through the bankruptcy process alone. I'd strongly recommend retaining Lincoln Law legal services to help you through this emotionally challenging process. You'll be glad you did not do it alone.
