Lisa Radcliffe represented my Mom in my parents divorce years ago. My Mom recently had a stroke and I reached out to Lisa to find out why she was not receiving my Dad's pension since he retired years ago. Lisa failed to respond to me or offer her assistance. Since I have Power of Attorney for my Mom and ended up having to higher another attorney because I later found out with the assistance of the new attorney that Lisa failed to do her job years ago. Lisa unequivocally failed to perform her duties per the terms of the retainer agreement my mom signed. Lisa had the duty to conduct discovery and properly assess the community estate in order to effectuate an equal division of my parents’ assets. This was a long term marriage wherein without doubt my parents had a community estate to divide. It is unimaginable how and why my Dad's pension was omitted in the final Judgment. My Mom's expectations were unmet by Lisa's failure to properly distribute my father's pension to my Mom's detriment. Save yourself time and money and find a better, smarter, compassionate and more competent attorney.
