Dan is an excellent attorney. He is straightforward and precise. In my divorce case he guided me through a difficult phase, he kept me calm during the emergency order. Which was very stressful. Amazing Experience! I was married for 30 yrs. and went through a very difficult divorce last year. To make a long story short, I found out my soon to be former spouse had used my identity to remove my 401(k) while I travelled for my job. I spoke with many lawyers and none of them listened and cared as much as Mr. Pocklington. He was clear, honest, easy to understand, compassionate and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. Most of the other lawyers charged me for their consultation and tried the whole time to persuade me to retain their services. Dan really helped me through a very dark time of my life. He is great!
