Jane Penhaligen came highly recommended to me by a friend. I hired Jane to help me with an estate settlement and also had her update my trust. Jane is very professional and is an expert in her field. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

My husband and I came to Ms. Penhaligen via a recommendation. I had mentioned to a friend that we were looking to set up a trust and that one of our biggest concerns was providing for our cats should both my husband and I meet an unexpected early (i.e., youthful) demise. Turns out my friend had used Ms. Penhaligen and had had similar concerns re: her cats. She was pleased with what Ms. Penhaligen had crafted and highly recommended her. If I had to describe Jane in one word it would be "Godsend". I called her the day after my father died (three years ago) and she has consistently assisted and assured me ever since. What should have been an easy trust has not been and Jane's calm, knowledgeable assistance has made a difficult situation survivable.
