Simply the best in this area, from his knowledge to his professionalism could not be more pleased. He explained everything clearly & in detail from the process to his fees and answered all of my questions. I have not met a more patient lawyer, he kept answering & explaining my repeating questions & concerns, he made me feel as if I was a long time friend. Tom Kurta is an amazing lawyer, he is smart and efficient. He was easy to talk to not like other lawyers that I have dealt with in the past, that were always 'too busy or too good' to return my phone calls. I was a bodyworker that's has been recently disabled because of an accident at work. My wife decided she couldn't have a husband that's disabled. And decided to abandon me when I was at my lowest point. With less than a month to hopefully find a place to live l & very little income l was lucky enough to retain Tom. Taras resolved for me an issue that could have had a very negative impact on my credit. I explained the situation to him and provided all the documentation of the case, and he took care of the rest. Taras kept me up to date on every detail of the case as it was happening, and throughout our dealings, he was polite and clear-spoken. I never had any doubts about what my options were or whether there was something else we could do. Unfortunately, I got involved in few legal hassles in the last few years (including my Divorce) & have dealt with quite a few attorneys. As I do not have any complaints in my dealings with this attorney, I will state some reasons why I would recommend him to anyone going through a Divorce ( which is the case he represented me in). Hes a very knowledgeable lawyer, up to date on his craft and what really impressed me was his formality and patience in explaining any documents I had questions in ( or any questions in general). He was very thorough throughout the entire process and kept me updated in a quick fashion. My case was in Divorce, but given the way he treated me I could very well say his manners would transfer to any other type of case. I give him my gratitude and would recommend Mr.Kurta to anyone I know ( or anyone reading this).

Tom was a pleasure to deal with. My husband had put us in a very complicated financial and legal situation. Since we own a business and had pending lawsuits against us, we had a more difficult case which required more work than the average bankruptcy case.
