Mr. Kurta is a down to earth person, straight to the point, the kind of person that gets the stuff done. Mr. Kurta and his team helped us and advised us on the best moves to make and actions to take to navigate the rather difficult bankruptcy field. First choice in our books.

Tom is understanding, honest, and direct. He has helped when we were in a bad situation with another attorney. He took over our case and I am happy to say "He has help us out of the bad situation and is still helping us.
