As a person with zero knowledge of legal matters, I found the introductory questions and explanatory videos extremely helpful in understanding what was truly best for us. Additionally, I appreciated that the entire process was handled remotely, except for the final signature, which accommodated our tight timelines perfectly. I highly recommend Brian and his team for anyone considering estate planning. Their professionalism, clarity, and efficiency are unmatched.

Working with Brian was a breeze. He is very responsive and you communicate with him directly which was a huge bonus. He helped me with my estate planning and living trust. I found him through my employer’s legal plan (Met Life) and he was outstanding and very thorough. He was also very clear and precise about my financial responsibility for his services not covered by my legal plan. I didn’t realize that along with estate planning you would also do a power of attorney and advanced health care directive, which I’ve been planning to do for the longest time but haven’t gotten around to it. Now that this process is complete (which was a total of about 3-4 weeks turnaround time- super fast!), I feel at peace knowing that my family will be taken care of and that my wishes are clearly outlined in these documents. Overall I am so thankful Brian took me on as a client and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking these type of services. Thank you, Brian, for everything!

My wife and I used Brian Quall's firm for Trust and Estate planning. Having helped recently with another family member who needed similar planning, we learned how important it is to have an attorney who pays attention to details (and what happens when they don't!). I also know the frustration of having lawyers who take their sweet time responding to queries, give confusing answers, repeatedly make mistakes, etc. Brian was the exact opposite of all that. He laid out the plan and process clearly and concisely from Day One; he told us what *we* needed to do to ensure the Trust/Estate documents would be to our satisfaction; he promised milestones on a specific timeline and always met (or exceeded) them; he never took more than 2-3 hours to respond to our queries; he utilized an efficient online system for uploading and downloading documents, making inquiries, posting responses, etc. You could say he was just delivering what he promised, but not everyone in his profession does it with the same ease, efficiency, timeliness, etc. Even by the harshest assessment, we cannot point to a single deficiency in Brian's service and we recommend him highly.

Archana Srivastava, Esq. is a wonderful lawyer. She has helped me navigate custody issues with a difficult ex husband. I wish I had taken the advice she gave me in several instances. I should have listened to her because she was trying to guide me to compromising on things instead of fighting my ex. I regret not listening to her more because she knew what she was talking about. She wanted to resolve things in a constructive way which is one of the many reasons why I think Archana is a great lawyer.

Brian did a great job creating our living trust and making new wills for my me and my wife. His process was easy and straightforward. Brian quickly provided draft documents, and responded to our few questions rapidly, with easily understandable answers and solid advice.
