Brian was very professional and knowledgeable with helping us with our trust and estate documents. Brian made the process very easy and seem less. He even called us one week before signing that he can make it out to us instead of us having to travel to him. He was always honest and upfront with all the information that we needed. He answered every question that we had, making us feel very confident of the entire process and that we were doing the right thing. Brian helped my husband and I with our family Trust. What I love about his process was his very detailed and organized process steps. From his voicemail we were properly informed on how to apply for consultation and independently book an appointment on his calendar. Brian was responsive to our emails and was helpful throughout the process. He answered all our questions and even made a trip to our home to complete the document signing. If you are looking for an estate planning lawyer, look no further than Brian Qualls. My experience with Brian was top notch and his services are of the highest quality. He makes legal jargon digestible, and despite the volume of information he has to share with you, he does not rush through any interactions. That being said, you really don’t need too many interactions with him because his system is EXTREMELY efficient and well-thought out. You can tell he is very detail oriented by the very informative questionnaire he built out himself that helps you get started with your consultation and at your first meeting he comes prepared having reviewed all of your answers. Brian has mastered the virtual consultation model. It feels like he’s being doing this forever since his meetings run very smoothly. He’ll even whiteboard with you virtually to explain complex trust structures. I don’t feel like I’m missing out by not having an in-person interaction since he still carries that human empathy and understanding with him through the virtual model. He is also a man of his word. He promised to deliver our drafts by a certain date, and he surely kept that promise. Any questions I had or changes I wanted made (based on my own indecisiveness, not his), were addressed quickly. I also really appreciate the little newsletters he sends out every so often with helpful information on how to proceed with varying life matters. Little touches like this prove how much he cares about his clients by continuously sharing little nuggets of knowledge even after you’ve completed all your estate planning.
