Jesse Garcia is the absolute best! Him and his staff are incredible! His staff is supper friendly and the response time is the really fast. They are really on top of stuff and know what they are doing. Jesse will sit down with you and break everything down into terms you can understand. He takes his time and doesn't rush you through your questions and he tells it to you straight. I have had jesse for 2 cases and have been satisfied with the out come each time. I highly recommend jesse and his partner!

Slow to respond. Typically, good firms will point you in the right direction to find proper representation if they are unable to defend you. Not this firm! Don’t waste your time.

Something sketchy about this firm. No one answers the phone (tried for 2 weeks), no one returns calls to messages left, no one responds to emails, no one in the office (drove there). You must submit a consultation form, prepay, and still no one calls back to schedule an appointment. After talking with our attorney (not a family lawyer), we all agreed something was fishy. Had to call the credit card company to dispute the payment, since services were never rendered. Interesting when we called and left a message that we were disputing the charge and writing a yelp review, we received a refund right away. Extremely unprofessional. If you want a professional, DO NOT GO TO HAM FAMILY LAW.

Caroline is one of the most thoughtful people and lawyers I could have met. Cost-conscious, committed and in your corner 100%. And trust me, you want her in your corner - especially given matters in the US and India. I had changed 2 lawyers before I found her, and stuck it through with her for the remaining years, before my complicated divorce closed. Best Family Law Attorney!!! I highly recommend Caroline and Ham Family Law!!! I desperately needed help getting the courts to see thru a co-parent who was playing the system. My ex was alienating my children from me, not showing up to drop off the children on my visitations, and was not honest regarding her income and to get more child support. It's so hard to prove parental alienation and go up against DCSS for Child Support but Caroline took on the case. After meeting Caroline I knew I went to the right person. Caroline is very knowledgeable in family law and child support issues, she was patient with me, she listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Caroline is always a phone call or email away and her office staff is very friendly and caring. Caroline wants to know your case and listens to every detail and reviewed our case before and after courts, she explained every detail and step we went thru in court and in the end i was granted FULL, SOLE, LEGAL CUSTODY of my children and won my case with DCSS who discovered i was overpaying child support. Caroline is awesome.

Caroline helped me with my prenup recently. She was responsive, answered all my questions, and explained every step of the process. I would recommend her if you are in for a prenup.
