Ms. Ferreyra is a great attorney who really cares about her clients. If your looking for strong representation she is definitely the lawyer for you . My divorce case took 8 years and she made it worth every penny.

I have had the privilege of working with carol on a divorce case that ended in 2016. I received a letter from my ex's attorney and PANICKED that we were going back to court. I ran the scenario by Carol and we talked about what it might mean. She calmed my nerves and put things into perspective and said " just ask him"..which I did..and it had nothing to do with taking me back to court but removing a lien from his home ! Could have took on this case but advised us that an attorney would not be necessary. Knows the family court system very well and the working style of judges in San Jose Family Court. 4. Can speak in front of judges very well and make a point (most attorneys can't). 5. Can file persuasive motions as need arises. Her motions contain relevant legal precedents and other material. They are not full of fluff (the kind of thing that doesn't persuade judges). 6. Quick and organized in her work and communication. 7. Overall very good execution of your case. 8. Bold and confident. One of the few good family law attorneys in SF bay area.
