Bad. Don’t entertain to will and trust for only property

After putting off doing our trust for so many years, it was time for us to finally get it done. We researched the many lawyers that were available through the legal coverage we have. After reviewing Qualls Law Firm homepage and all the positive reviews we knew they sounded like the perfect fit for us. Brian was very professional yet very kind and understanding. He helped walk us through some tough decisions, he explained everything in a simple manner that could be understood and offered suggestions on how we could approach certain issues. The whole process was easy to navigate and that was all because of the knowledge that Brian carries. Not really sure why we waited so long to complete our Living Trust but so glad we found Qualls Law Firm. Brian was wonderful from start to finish, we highly recommend him.

My wife and I have been putting off creating an estate plan simply because it seemed overwhelming. We looked into online plans but had no confidence that they would be adequate, so we finally made the decision to call an attorney. Based on reviews, we called Brian Qualls. Brian’s process is so easy to navigate. First, we filled out a simple, easy to understand form. Next, Brian met with us a walked through each question with us to make sure we understood it. After that, we waited a couple weeks and it was done! Strange as it seems to say, we actually enjoyed the process. We are so happy and comfortable knowing exactly how our children will be taken care of.

I attended an estate planning seminar that was given on line by Daniela. During that seminar Daniela talked about two issues that immediately raised red flags for me. At the end of the seminar she stated that we could have a free consultation. I telephoned the next day and the consultation was scheduled right away. Daniela was very warm and welcoming and answered our questions. We completed the basic forms on line, returned them to Daniela and had another zoom visit to review them. Then scheduled a date to complete them at her office. Daniela walked us through the process, answered our questions and even identified a problem with the way our deed was recorded when we added additional property. My husband is a man of few words. He said, "Daniela did a great job, got the worked done to meet our needs, and now I feel secure".

We are very happy with the experience and service that we received from Brian Qualls when he helped us create a trust and other estate documents. The website is excellent and really does a good job explaining how and why you may want to set up a trust, and why you need things such as a healthcare directive, power of attorney, etc. Brian communicates well through his portal/email, and breaks things down into simple understandable steps. When we met Brian in person to sign our documents, he was very organized and detail oriented. He also spent a lot of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood what we were signing. Our documents were quickly filed and sent to us in an organized binder, and are also stored for us in the portal. Brian made us feel confident in the process, and we recommend him!

We reached out to Daniela for estate planning. We decided to work with her because she was very approachable, knowledgeable, but also worked on pet trusts. We have 2 fur babies and it was important to me they be included in our will/trust, and she understood that perfectly as a pet owner herself.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Brian Qualls Lawfirm. After another laywer tried to tell me that my legal services at work didn't cover the Will & Trust, I asked Brian to verify as well and he came back telling me it's all covered except for the transfer of title, which was only about a couple hundred. I just saved approximately $2500 plus working with Brian. He does exceptional work and is a honorable lawyer. I know it seems often those words don't go hand in hand but I could tell when I first spoke with Brian that he was a man with good intention, morals and honest. His work ethics was exceptional. He called when he said he would, he emailed back in a timely manner as well. Brian also explained everything with the Will & Trust in an uncomplicated way. I would highly recommend Brian and would definitely use him if I needed his services again.

Archana makes a very unpleasant process much more pleasant. Right at the beginning, I felt she was far more empathetic than other attorneys I had spoken to, especially towards typical Desi family dynamics. She adopts an approach which is firm and protective, but not unnecessarily adversarial and vicious like other attorneys. Throughout the process, I felt she had my back at all times, but she never took the baits that the opposition was throwing, always keeping the end goal in sight while ensuring the right actions are taken to protect me at the right times. She will always try to settle things out of court as much as possible, saving time, money and unnecessary conflict. At the same time, a fair resolution was reached for both parties. She is very responsive, gets back to most messages within a day or at most two, and patiently answered all my million questions. It honestly felt like I had a big sister protecting me throughout the process. She also helped me take care of estate planning at the end, which was a breeze.
