professional but very friendly and always kept me informed of my case. called a bunch of lawyers but he was the first lawyer i was able to talk to instead of a secretary and explained the situation i was in. matt eventually got the case dismissed after we had to go court a few times. also quoted me less than other attorneys. A+++
