Attorney Bob Kern was brought in as a co-counselor with my Probate Attorney, James R. Helms, Jr. I had a very difficult case that involved a court appointment of a Conservator to settle an Estate after a previous probate attorney had been negligent and committed fraud on the Estate for several years.
