My wife & I were looking in to making a trust/will/etc., and started out using the websites that make it seem so cheap and easy. After being thoroughly confused and discovering all the extra costs associated with these sites, we came to the realization that they were not the great deals they're made out to be, and we needed an expert in estate planning. My wife & I are so happy we found Tom Christopher. Tom is honest, trustworthy, and a genuinely good person. He treated us with respect, answered all our questions, explained things in plain English the way a lay-person can understand, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. His fees are more than reasonable and he will not nickel & dime you when you call with questions or need to make adjustments. I had waited way too long to have a legal Trust, Will, Advance Health Directive, and all related issues done on my behalf. Frankly the few times I consulted an Estate Attorney I found them confusing, and their fees were astronomical, which is why I kept postponing it. At my initial consultation, Mr. Christopher was thorough with his questioning and brought issues to my attention that instilled a feeling of confidence in his abilities. Mr. Christopher was focused on my intentions as to what I wished to occur after my passing and updated my existing Living Trust that was 11 years old and woefully out of date. I had my trust reviewed by a different attorney 6 months prior to meeting Mr. Christopher and that guy turned out to be a dud.
