Rude and unprofessional staff
“Seeking advice with an issue pertaining to county ordinance, I was met by a receptionist who was condescending and rude. As I was trying to explain the urgency she repeatedly interrupted me. After she was not willing to check with "[Von]" on an appointment (because his secretary was out), she asked I call another law firm and gave me the name of Krase. Frustrated, I said thank you and she just cut me off and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional to say the least.”
