Rachel Allums and the staff at Allums Law made the process of creating a trust so easy. Prior to the appointment we received a video explaining how the whole process works and information of why we may need a trust to avoid probate. Rachel takes her time and answers all questions. She is very thorough, detail oriented and compassionate. Nobody wants to think about death but planning for it is so critical, especially if you have dependents or property. I went through the probate process with my mother’s estate, which took years and a lot of money to finalize. I have already recommend Allums Law to my friends and family. Developing a trust was something I have wanted to do for years and the peace of mind it has brought lifted a huge weight off my shoulders that I didn’t even know was there. Allums Law is amazing. We had Rachel update an existing trust and there was absolutely no comparison between her knowledge and service and our prior experience. She is incredibly thorough, took the time to answer ALL of our questions, and provided a trust document binder that is thorough and extremely well organized. She even provides an additional USB thumb drive version to give to your executor. To top it off, it's been almost a year since the trust was completed, but she followed up with a reminder, complete with instructions, to fund the trust with any additions. In today's world where it is difficult to find competent, customer focused services, it is nice to know that a firm like Allums Law is out there going above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anybody who is considering a living trust.
