I would like to Thank Kirk Tarmann and his associates. They not only made it easy and appeared for me at every court but I did not have to travel from my home state to appear. I was able to concentrate on my life and my daily activities. I mean I was worried during the process. I'm a driver and have gotten this DUI would have ruined my career and would have been the worst for my family you can only imagine. I got into trouble for a DUI. I called the law office of Kirk Tarman the next morning on a Saturday after being released from jail. They put me at ease and set up a meeting with me for that next Monday. After meeting with everyone, I finally felt comfortable and had a good feeling that I was in the right place. They took care of ALL of my court dates and my DMV case dates. They really went to bat for me and the outcome was better than I could have hoped for. The DMV completely dropped my case and the DA lowered my charge to a wet and reckless. I met Kirk Tarman when our family was in crisis over our son's addiction. We are from New Orleans and I found myself looking for my son in the streets of Santa Monica since he was homeless and heavily into his addiction. Fast forward two weeks from when I found him and he was arrested. I returned to Los Angeles not knowing anyone. To make matters worse COVID had just started and the city of Los Angeles court system was shut down making it very difficult to get answers from the court, the jail, and the police station. I was completely lost and for some reason, I asked a random woman on Facebook that posted she was from LA if she knew an attorney since my son was going to court the VERY next morning. She mentioned Kirk Tarman and I just cold-called him and he became the only light in my darkness. Kirk was more than an attorney he was kind and patient and allowed me to text him endlessly through the next 24-36 hours. We have dealt with my son not keeping his promises and then trying again and Kirk always stayed positive and encouraging which is what I needed the most. Thanks to Kirk my son is getting the help he needs and just maybe we can get our son back which we lost in the last year. Without Kirk, there is zero chance we would even have a fighting chance.
