Let me just say, you get what you pay for! This attorney includes all fees and rates in his RETAINER, I didn't have any surprise charges on my monthly statements. People, if you want a cheap attorney, expect cheap services! Mr. Kenny was worth every penny, he helped me through my Divorce and Child Custody case and I am so pleased! He was a strong voice in court and definitely knows what he's doing. I felt very confident throughout the course of my divorce, and Ladies let me assure you he will stick up for you. Would recommend his office to anyone!

Mr. kenny represented me for only 3 weeks and i was charged overt $3,600.00 . we didnt even have 1 court proceeding. all he did was advise me to file an exparte so we did and went to court and the judge rejected it before even seeing us because he said it was not an emergency. Bad advise from Mr. kenny, but he charged me about $ 1000.00 for that appearence. So for that 1 appearance and some phone calls and emails i got back 365.00 out of my $4,000.00 retainer. I feel for 3 weeks representing me and not even 1 court proceeding i was highly over charged. He will go through your money like you will not believe. i am filing a complaint and arbitration now.

Mr. Kenny is an amazing attorney and very professional. He did an excellent job representing me. He took his time to explain things, explore my various options and then went on an aggressive campaign to get the desired results. I got to keep my retirement account and did a buy out of spousal support. I had a complicated economic issue with the residence and his experience and knowledge was extremely beneficial. He has a busy practice, but his staff was very competent and always available even on Friday afternoons. I would highly recommend him.
