Mr. Zitney provided exceptional service as he represented me during my recent divorce proceedings. He provided exceptional representation and he was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I may have had during the process. He is truly concerned about his clients and he worked extremely hard to put me in the best possible financial positions after my case was over. Mr. Zitney did a great job at representing my case to the court. I had dealt with attorneys in the past regarding my child custody case and he was the most helpful. Not only was he helpful but an honest man with a good moral compass. He never attempted to use or manipulate my emotions for his own financial gain, something other attorneys do. He was at many times painfully honest. He always told me what I needed to hear and not what I wanted to hear. His office was also great. Melinda kept me updated and sent me information about my case in a timely manner. I would recommend Mr. Zitney and his office to friends and family who need great representation in court.

First of all, Mr Zitney is an excellent attorney. He knows the law inside and out and is an excellent litigator. What I like about him the most is his ethics around billing and fees. I have had several other divorce attorneys and they are always finding ways to bill you for non-important things. Letters back and forth between the attorneys on both sides never amount to anything and are a waste of money most of the time. Mr Zitney does not waste your money. He works on things that will have actual value to your case and the time he spends on your case is money well spent. Highly recommended.
