I had a injury on someone’s property a couple years ago that resulted in my slash on my foot and some stitches. It wasn’t huge but enough for me to have a scar. The property owner had a metal beam sticking out that I walked into. Mr. Vargas took my case. The property owner wouldn’t respond to letters from the law office for a good year. A year later, he decides to get an attorney witch wouldn’t respond to their calls/emails. The law office filed documents to take them to court. After 1.5 years, they said that property owner didn’t have home owners insurance. Wow. Just wow. Mr. Vargas is a huge help and tried reaching them with numerous calls and emails to which they wouldn’t respond. I am getting beyond frustrated. They would respond 1-2 weeks later. I would speak with my attorney directly and he was doing as much as he possibly can. It’s still dragging on. We agreed to a settlement 2.5 years later. This home owner is having a family emergency and can’t pay at this time. His attorney says “she will keep us updated” We agreed to this settlement 3 weeks ago. The family emergency happened a couple days ago. I’m sorry that he’s dealing with that. But he keeps dragging this out and I’m not sure how much longer this is going to take. Mr.Vargas has gone above and beyond trying to email the attorney. She’s not responding at this time. I thank him for his hard work. These cases always get dragged out but come on, this is not hundreds of thousands of dollars we are talking about. Especially after almost 3 years. I am debating my next steps.

Don’t waist your time with Mr Vargas , he’s a rude person, and we can’t have a conversation it’s took 4 year’s to close my case , I don’t recommend him . No pierdan su tiempo con Mr Vargas es un señor grosero y despota, no se puede tener una conversación , te grita , te humilla y asta me amenazo que le iba hablar a la policia, no se dejen engañar ,solo por que tiene 4 estrellas ,fue lo que pasó conmigo, le tomo 4 años para que mi caso terminara y no le puso empeño a mi caso , estaba más por el lado de la otra aseguranza que por la mía. !!!!!!! DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!

It is a pleasure to write this review about my bad experience with this lawyer, really just like you I was looking for a good lawyer. Sometimes you trust the reviews other people write, but my mistake was not reading the details. So many good reviews my mistake was that not I realizing the dates that people supposedly wrote them, this lawyer does nothing to help I can mention some things that I sincerely regret having hired this person, you always have to be the one who calls to investigate what is happening with your case, you never meet this lawyer, when you close the case and they give you the final numbers, you realize that it was not worth wasting so much time trusting someone like him and you think and say that I would have done it myself and not have given all this money to someone who told you that he was going to help you and closed the case with the news that you are the one who has to pay absolutely everything... I regret hiring this lawyer and sad because it was not what I deserved. Be carful and good luck... I hope my review help you.
