Mr. Vargas and his team were amazing and completely professional in handling my case. The process is lengthy and patience is key on part of the client, but they do an amazing job at keeping up to date with you. Even through out the pandemic, they kept in touch with every step they were taking. Mr. Vargas is very straight forward and quick to respond as well and is also great at giving advice. Mr. Vargas and his team are the definition of great team work! I completely recommend.

Mr Vargas is very professional it was great to talk to him every time. He was very detailed with any information or process that need to be done. There law office is busy but I’m pretty impressed how hard his team works together. They we’re always happy to receive my calls I was very patient through out the whole case. I recommend him to everyone Mr Vargas and team care for there clients.

My experience was ok. I would gave them 3.5 stars. For the overall service I received 1/3 of the settlement award money as their fees was not justified, in my opinion. On top of that 1/3, they charge “other fees”; which can add up to $1,000+. To be clear they charge 1/3 of the settlement award plus other fees. 1. I would suggest to negotiate their fees before you sign their papers and make sure they don’t charge you any other fees at the end. Mr. Vargas and his team are very quick to respond at the beginning. They will send someone from their office right away if they accept your case. My case was straightforward, high probability of success. I had no experience with accident lawyers, my first time. I should have tried to negotiate because if your case has a high rate of success you should be able to negotiate down their fees. 2. They try to tell you to use their recommended doctors but I would not do that. Go through your own health insurance; your health insurance will not collect part of your settlement award (at least not in California). If you use Mr. Vargas “suggested doctors”, they deduct part of the health care cost from your settlement award. That will immensely decrease your award money, so USE YOUR OWN insurance. Of course if you don’t have health insurance then you kinda have to use their suggested doctors in order to receive the needed treatment. But make sure “their doctors” don’t overcharge you and that you get a receipt for every treatment because part of that cost will come out of your settlement award. And it goes without saying, of course, Mr. Vargas office will benefit if you use “their doctors.” 3. Mr. Vargas and his team are all friendly and professional but I always had to initiate to get an update about my case. You have to stay on top of your case. I’d like to give them credit for being efficient and available during COVID times. Thank you!

My business had a serious issue with a disgruntled client claiming a slip and fall in my business which was completely fabricated. My friend recommend Fernando because he is said he was knowledgeable in these situations. Fernando made the case closed quickly proving we had no negligence on our part. The entire situation turned out less complicated than I thought and that makes me quite happy.

I called Mr Vargas regarding my slip and fall at the Ontario Mills which caused a injury and he told me he couldn’t help due to him not being able to prove how the spill got on the floor and how long it was there to prove negligence. I told him there were cameras and then he proceeded to tell me that they aren’t obligated to give him that footage. I asked well how else do you handle slip and fall cases, he told me that there can be witnesses and I stated there were two including a mall employee and before I could finish he became very combative towards me and didn’t offer any solution to help me. Terrible service and unprofessional if you ask me.
