Help me serve my papers before I was served. Spent time with me and explained everything

Do not hire this attorney, she took my money and stated that she had filed for divorce when the paperwork was atill in her possession. Her staff avoided me and was not available to confirm or deny weather or not my case was filed. Fraud

Divorce is stressful...and different for everyone .Ms Ferrante cuts to the chase and gets down to the nuts and bolts of what to expect from your case.she is very personable and takes notes at the consultation as well as when you deal with her face to face.she wont sell you a bill of goods or tell you what you want to hear.I was very frustrated and stressed at my first consultation with her (as well as having a list of lawyers i was going to consult with that day ).after the consultation, i felt great about her and her staff and decided not to bother with my list and im glad i did.dont get sucked in by lawyer games ...if you think you need a lawyer(not every divorce does), then you wont go wrong with Ms Ferrante or her team.she knows her stuff...she knows the system (as well as knowing it can suck).youll get advice from friends and family about what you should and shouldnt do but at the end of the day, advice is biased and often not given by folks who know the full facts.My only quibble with her office are the folks who answer the phones!(theyre not rude but sometimes i did wonder if id reached the correct number...and i feel her office does need to address this.).i would use her (and her office) again....and have no hesitation in reccomending her.you can only navigate the system alone if the divorce is going to be amicable...if it isnt amicable, you need help and Ms Ferrante and her team are the help youll need.Her Paralegal ( i first dealt with Alysha and subsequently dealt with Ruben ) are great and were quick to answer queries by phone or email.your sistuation wont be solved overnight....its a process...and it will be solved better with their help

If your looking for a attorney to get the job done it's Ms Ferrante. She handled my case of a property settlement from a divorce, so hold on to your seat, she's fierce in the very best way possible.

Ms. Ferrante and her entire staff are on your side completely and fight for you from day one. They are experienced, knowledgeable, confident, caring and endlessly supportive. They made themselves available to me every step of the way, even in the most trivialized ways I asked for. They made me feel as though my life and struggles were their own, I mattered to them. They worked many hours on my case, stood beside me in court, answered every call I had and helped me win the case of my life. Ms. Ferrante handled not one, but two cases on my behalf. I want to highly recommend the law offices of Christina Ferrante that you now Ferrante. I have referred to of my friends that have both thanked me because of the excellent handling of their cases. In my situation, I wanted to return to court to modify visitation and get more time with my kids. My job now allowed additional availability. I asked my ex several times to no avail. When we went to court her attorney tried to block it with a case citation but Christina was able to do the legal research and find the current law to allow me to proceed. I now have 2 additional overnights per week with my kids and we are all very happy about this. I could not have fought this battle on my own. She and her staff were always available and supportive. I was a mess when I first visited Ms. Ferrante and staff. They were very comforting, calming and understanding. I was also very scared because I had heard that divorces take 3 to 4 years. But not with Ms. Ferrante. She immediately began my divorce and before I knew it it was all done. I was divorced... within 1 year. I like the way she only focused on what I needed and did not do any unnecessary work thereby keeping my cost down. She was also easy to talk to. I only would make a phone appointment and she was there for me and her staff was straight forward with me. I like that. I highly recommend her.....

Worst attorney I have ever seen! She shows up to court unprepared, over charges and can never get a hold of! Might as well represent yourself with this attorney! She had the nerve to ask five minutes before our hearing what I was wanting in mu child custody case. She wanted to add important evidence after the fact. I wound up with less time and nothing that I wanted. DO NOT HIRE HER! Her own staff knows she is full of it because when I called and told them how unsatisfied I was they waved my entire bill except for the courier service who served my ex! It has been three months and they still have not sent my copy of the orders.

Christina Ferrante assisted me in modifying my child support to a reasonable level. She told me "out of the shoot" what I could expect and didn't make any false promises. I appreciated this much more than painting a rosy picture of something that was unobtainable. She assured that I received all credits under the law I was entitled to so that I can support my kids but still have enough money to live myself.
