Terrible lawyer, do not use him. I don’t want anybody to go through what I went through with him. He’s a bold face liar, lacks integrity. BS his way through my case. I had to fire him When I came to Aaron Hudson, My case had already been on going for seven months. I Had all my documents already turned in. I requested that he requested three years of my wife’s credit cards bank accounts statements, and five years of my wife’s 401(k) he never requested any of those. He did request my wife’s payroll, to get my alimony lowered. It cost more money for that than I saved on alimony. He never did get the alimony lowered. He never requested docs from opposing counsel. A year later,I told him that we need the five years of my wife’s 401(k) to prove how much money she’s taken out of there. He told me I could go to an agency for $500 and get a copy of my wife’s 401(k). When he already agreed to request that from opposing counsel. On the first day we met. I spent $14,000 on this lawyer. I have a lot more notes that I took on Aaron Hudson. I’m going to try to get him disbarred. He should not be practicing law.

Mr.Kolacia has honestly been so great. He truly gives you peace of mind by always answering all questions fast. Walks you thru step by step Giving you the best advice and never did he try to take the quick route of settling. He really came through for me and I highly recommend him to anyone. He was recommended to me by my brother because he really helped him out with his second DUI offense got him out of it with no jail time. Mine was a hit and run DUI and I didn't have to do any jail time as well. If you are looking for someone really good he's worth every penny. Your freedom is worth a lot more.

So, I used to live in The San Bernardino Mountains in SoCal about 15-20 years ago. I now live in TN. I had an opportunity to foster my grandson here. In the process of being approved to be a foster parent, I was fingerprinted and had to consent to a background check. I did this willingly believing with all my heart that I would be cleared. Much to my shock, however, it came back that I had an active warrant in CA for failure to appear on driving without a license. Now, the reason that this shocked me was because - for the 18 years I lived in CA - I never had a CA license nor did I have a car! Then, I remembered that my fiance's car, at one point, had been stolen with my purse in it. We were never able to recover it. So, whoever stole his car must've shown my ID when they got pulled over! And, this happened a year AFTER we moved off the mountain. Anyway, obviously, I needed a lawyer to help me straighten this out. And, I I needed a lawyer in CA. The first lawyer I contacted wanted an unGodly amount of money. I hung up with him. The next law firm I called was the Dan Kolacia Law Firm. The first person I spoke with was Dan's secretary. She was very personable. What impressed me is when she said, "I love my boss!". So, I left a message with her for Dan asking him to call me back. About an hour later, I got a call from Dan. He was super nice. He asked me to tell him what was going on and he seemed genuinely interested. After hearing my story, Dan told me that he thought he could help me. Then, he quoted me a VERY reasonable price. I could've cried. In fact, I think I did after hanging up with him. Within a short amount of time, Dan had been able to get this active warrant dismissed from my record!! Shortly after that, my grandson was released to me! Dan did it all from thousands of miles away! I would recommend him to ANYONE needing a lawyer! He WILL get the job done!
