I’m going to leave - 3 stars based of my experience. The first time I retained them it went great I wasn’t charged that much and he really fought for me to get more time with my children and he went in like a shark it was good. The second time I retained them it was really expensive and false hope. And I felt we were really unprepared. Lack of motivation, maybe? Tried to file before my ex but lost that. Never talked about the case to prepare. Only a few mins before court. Lost time with my kids. I should’ve just agreed with my ex and taken my kids to Disney. Idk if I’m just emotional about the whole situation. But I wasn’t really happy the second round. Just my opinion.

Hiring Rocky was the best thing I could've done during my divorce. It was in a very bad situation. I felt cornered and hopeless. Him and his team pushed back hard for my half including child custody. I could not be happier with the results. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. People around me have heard and seen the difference in my deminer and my daughter being around A LOT more and have asked for Rocky's contact info for their friends and family going through similar situations. one has already retained them. After two years of battle. Mr Shinton and Mr Johnson were able to settle my case with very favorable results. I wouldnt go ANYWHERE else. These Lawyers know how to work the legal system to the fullest. They are an incredible team

I can't imagine having a more horrendous experience with any attorney or law office. They were completely dishonest from the get-go. Rocky made promises he clearly had no intention of keeping, or he had no idea what he was talking about in the first place. Everything he said wouldn't happen, happened. And everything he assured me the other party wouldn't get, they got. There was next to no communication throughout the entirety of my case, I never even knew which attorney, if any, would be showing up at my hearings. They were always late and I always had to call the office to see if anyone was coming to represent me, and then I was charged for the call! I was never prepped for any hearing and was given incorrect information several times! I was given the wrong info for my mediation and therefore, missed it! For my last hearing, where the judge was to rule on my daughter's name change, Rocky sent an attorney I had never met before, who knew absolutely nothing about my case! And she showed up with wet hair, totally unprofessional! I would never recommend this law firm to anyone! UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONDED BELOW: Their recollection is incorrect, I was not happy with any result of any hearing I had. And I don't know anyone that would be satisfied paying $12,000+ and not receiving any actual advice or help. YET ANOTHER UPDATE: I received my copy of the "Notice of Withdrawal of Attorney of Record" and yet I received another bill from their office. This one claiming it is a charge for a voicemail they left me that my physical file was available for pick up. I received no such voicemail and they want me to pay for leaving me a voicemail despite them not being my attorney anymore!
