I was able to find Ted through Yelp and email him right away, we discussed my case for a couple of days without charge, we then set a consultation and he explained to me that it was a difficult case; it was. it has been 5 years of a very hard process and today I was finally approved to receive my green card, Crediting it to Teds thorough research and work ethic. He is very good at responding every question that I had, very organized which made it super easy to work with. He is an honest person with values and me and my Family really appreciated that. Well for anyone that’s looking for an immigration lawyer knows it can be hard to find the right one. My wife and I were looking for an immigration lawyer who would be honest, easy to work with, and be able to provide straightforward instructions. We found Ted and he was SO helpful and incredibly quick to respond right away. He always got back to us the same day with any questions we had and made sure we had everything in order for our interview. Our experience with Ted was solid and satisfying. He is a very hard working, intelligent man who is on time and very responsive to all of our calls and emails. The packet he help us prepare was flawless and passed through without any questions from our interviewer. He will definitely perform a thorough job by making sure that you have all the correct paperwork. If there is one critique, it would be that he works through email and phone calls, we would of definitely loved to meet him in person but overall I would definitely hire him again he is an awesome lawyer!

Living in the United States illegally for more than half of my life has made made it very difficult for my family and I. After wasting 6 years of my life with a previous lawyer, I realized I was not even a step closer to obtaining my visa and was very skeptical about hiring someone else. I was referred to Ted by my colleague years ago when I was looking for a lawyer for my h-1b petition. Ted helped me with the following: 1. h-1b - approved 2. h-1b extension - approved 3. PERM - approved 5. i-140 - approved 6. i-485 - approved I looked around for several different lawyers and Ted caught my attention on how fast he replied my e-mail and on how he showed confidence regarding his approach for my specific case/situation. The whole process was hassle free. I provided all the information about my situation and Ted gave us (me and my employer) clear instructions on what to do and how the process is going to be. my h-1b petition was approved without RFE nor any other issues. Not saying that you are guaranteed to get approved by using Ted's service since it's not the lawyer who makes the decision. However, you want to have a lawyer who has expertise and in-depth knowledge to your specific situation, and these are the things I believe that Ted can deliver. For my specific case, Ted provided suggestions and options how to submit stronger petition case, thus, higher chance for approval. Throughout the process (which took years), Ted did a very excellent job in communicating to both me and my employer before, during, and after the petition submitted. He is very responsive, answering all of our questions, replying to all of our emails (sometimes he replied instantly), and he kept us updated with any progress. On my side, "the waiting game" torture became bearable when Ted still answered all my e-mails/questions even when sometimes there's no updates for months or nothing you or your lawyer can do to expedite the petition (I'm referring to the whole green card process). I also reviewed all Ted's work on my petition (based on the copy that he gave me). He was very detailed with his work. He made copies of all paperwork and it's all very organized. I can tell that he put many hours working hard preparing for my case. During my adjustment status interview, I printed out and prepared all supporting documents (tax returns, paystubs, degree, certificates, etc.), and the IO didn't ask me for any of it, not even a single document. I think it's because Ted did a great job preparing and submitting the petition. Based on my experience working with Ted, I'd highly recommend Ted to anyone who's looking for a dependable, responsive, honest immigration lawyer.
