Mr. Garcia and Mrs. Gnekow were exceptional in their representation. They worked on my case which was difficult. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an ex-wife who had no interest in dealing or negotiating in good faith for what would be best for our children. My case has been on-going for nearly five years. Multiple RFO's filed through the years and endless litigation just to get small extensions of my visitation. The biggest issue is I had no legal or physical custody rights to my children. I was in a big deficit. I had a previous attorney that was good, but Mrs. Gnekow had big plans for me. She believed in my case and from day one believed she could help me get more than what I was even asking for. I had pretty much dropped the idea of joint legal custody because most people thought I needed a change of circumstance to make that happen. Not Mrs. Gnekow or Mr. Garcia. They saw their chance to argue that for me along with all my other requests which were very reasonable, (holidays, half of vacation breaks,). When they time came in the last few weeks to go to court; we hardly spent time in the actual courtroom. It took a few weeks to navigate through the stipulation and I knew my ex-wife would not go down without a fight, but in the end Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia got it done. I am a Christian and God brings people into your life for a reason. God brought me to this firm and their firm delivered beyond my expectations which is how God operates. He always exceeds your expectations as long as you have faith. Thank you again Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia and the rest of your firm.

Vincent Garcia was a good attorney. The actual attorney I retained never represented me. There was a lack of communication between client and attorney. Paralegal assigned to my case didn't mention certain rewuests I had, such as child support back pay. But over all Vincent Garcia And Heather did a good job arguing.

I spoke to rocky Johnson over the phone about my issue and he was very helpful and caring about my situation . He had a lot of knowledge about the matter and gave me really good advice .. Thank you

Mr. Garcia is a very smart and educated in family law, but thinks he's too good. He pissed off the Judge in a RO case didn't help my defense when he's butting heads with the judge, and allowed it to go 5 days. Over billing is a common practice in this firm and charges are not explained they charged me 7 hours at 450 an hour to prep for a the same RO hearing and was still ill prepared at the hearing. 7 hours of prep I could have read war and peace in that time. Bill Bill Bill is this firms goal or over bill and now that they have taken on a new attorney it will only get worse I assume. Don't use this firm Mr. Garcia has been practicing so long he believes he knows more than the judges, which is dangerous. His Daughter Vanessa thinks she knows as much as her father, but is far from being seasoned she a couple of levels above an average paralegal. The new attorney Rocky don't have any idea about him. This firm does not care of your situation they will use up your retainer fast on garbage and keep charging until you can't pay enough to keep up and they will just sub out and leave you with the mess they made for you to clean up. Overall not a professional firm and have no compassion for their clients. I'm better off representing myself I couldn't do any more damage to my case than Mr. Garcia and his god complex has.

Vanessa Gnekow gave a detailed consultation regarding steps that needed to be taken to ensure a positive and timely outcome. She was excellent in the matters of my family law case. She was able to work for me from out of state. She followed through on all ends of communication and made me feel extreme relief in the end result of my case. Going through a divorce is a very intense, emotional, and it can be an expensive process. I also felt at a huge disadvantage being the non-custodial male parent. Going through the vetting process, I met with several local attorneys and read many reviews. When I met with Mr. Garcia I knew he would be the one to win my case.
