I have been a client of Mrs. Lloyd since my back was injured at Wal Mart in 11/07. She and Gloria have always shown me respect, concern for my pain and very patient with my lack of knowledge concerning the law, my rights, workers comps responsibility to me and every other issue I need resolved, no matter how insignificant it might be. My questions or concerns are addressed quickly and to my satisfaction. If my surgeon says I need something such as meds, a brace or a test and workers comp denies it (which happens frequently) Mrs Lloyd is on it in a heartbeat. When workers comp is making unrealistic demands Mrs. Lloyd sees to it that they operate in the guidelines of the law in regards to what is expected of me. When Mrs Lloyd is out of town or unavailable for a few days , if Gloria isn’t able to address my concerns until Mrs. Lloyd returned. Mr. Armenta has stepped in to give me peace of mind, and address the immediate problem. Like I said I highly recommend this firm..

They do not care about you ,if you ask or question them Mr.Lloyd will go crazy and call you stupid ,refuse to appeal any medical denials from the Ins company for medical treatment.After he is done putting you down then Mr. and Mrs.Lloyd will tell you to to pick up your file and find another Lawyer knowing no one will take your case.I was told when Mrs.Lloyd's father ran the law firm he was one of the best lawyers in the desert,but since they took it over it is now the worst.They have had to move into A smaller office and you they are never available to speak to.I took Mr.Lloyd's advice,I settled my case and when it was to late I found out I receive nothing and I have to pay back my Ins and medicare for body parts that I never claimed,but they received full payment for service that left me with nothing.Please do not make my mistake.
