There are no words that can express my gratitude for The Law Offices of Dr. Bruce G. Fagel and Associates. In 2015, my child almost died due to medical negligence and malpractice. I knew the medical staff needed to be held accountable for what happened to my 3-year-old son, but I wasn’t sure if I had a legal case. I did my research and called this firm, within an hour I was speaking with Dr. Fagel. From that moment forward, I had a champion in our corner. We met and went over everything that happened to my son. The firm was caring, listened to me (the parent), and agreed to take the case. Over the next few years the team worked diligently on our case. My son’s case ended up going to jury trial, it was quite an experience. Thinking back on how Dr. Fagel advocated for my son in that courtroom for weeks brings tears to my eyes. They were so supportive and gave me the courage to get justice for my son. For me, having a voice and holding those accountable is what mattered the most. It was complicated, but in the end we won. If you need someone in your corner for medical malpractice, this is the only firm that I would recommend. I will be forever thankful the Fagels took our case, and someday when he is old enough to know about the mighty legal warriors that fought for him, my son will be thankful as well.

Our son was involved in a very unfortunate malpractice case with a large medical group a couple of years ago. I knew immediately after his diagnosis that the state of his health could have been avoided and that I needed legal counsel. One of my biggest fears in pursuing any legal recourse was finding a firm to take our case due to the size and prominence of that facility. My Mother-in-law had served as a juror on a trial Dr. Fagel prosecuted nearly 15 years earlier. She described him as fierce and captivating and the guy you want in your corner in the event you need it. She urged me to look him up to see if he was still in practice. Luckily, he was. I still remember the peace that overcame me when my husband and I met Bron that day in the cafeteria of the hospital. He patiently listened as we recounted our story, went over all our questions, concerns and provided insight on what to expect from that moment on. I couldn’t believe it; my mother-in-law was right! We were in good hands! During our case, we worked closely with Dr. Fagel, Ed Asencio and Silvana who will always have a piece of my heart. For three years he and his legal assistant knew us on a first name basis. They were always readily available to take my calls answering questions, providing guidance and support to what a very uncertain and daunting time was. They equipped us with information and resources I never thought I would need and for that, to them, I am forever grateful. We are very pleased with the outcome of our case and would absolutely recommend Dr. Fagel. There is no dollar amount you can put on a life. No amount of money can undo your experience and outcome. But having this team on your side, carrying out justice on your behalf, makes the experience easier.

A medical Mal-practice law suit isn't something my family ever hoped for. Unfortunately grave mistakes were made during the birth of our child, that absolutely turned our world upside down. The Law Offices of Dr. Bruce G. Fagel & Associates helped us see the gravity of the damages we had before us and the ones that were yet to come. We were confident from day one that Mr. Ascensio had our Childs best interest in mind. He and his team did extensive research and put us in contact with very reputable professionals. I was most impressed with the responsiveness of his assistant Silvana. She always returned our calls and answered all our questions. No amount of money could ever replace our child or the family we were supposed to have. But thanks to their hard work and diligence we had a successful outcome. They put us in a position were we could cover her extensive medical expenses, provide her with all the care she needed, and restore a little bit of normality in our lives. All in all we are grateful to them and we feel we chose the right Law office to represent our family.

Anyone dealing with trauma knows what it's like when you're heartbroken, grieving and shattered; that's why I'm grateful that Dr. Fagel and team were there for us during our hardest times and represented our medical malpractice case. From the moment I called, they showed compassion and were prompt at returning all my emails and phone calls. During the legal process, I was given long-term scenarios, medical advice, we sought additional specialists and offered a team of medical resources. I appreciated how patient, informative and clear, Dr. Fagel had been, while providing us a thorough, long term medical care and cost time line. While working with Dr. Fagel and team, I've never felt rushed, I was always treated respectably, my feedback continuously valued and most importantly, they made me feel, like mine and my families well beings were paramount. I'm sure Dr. Fagel's office has an influx of phone calls so it's disheartening to see all the negative reviews. I can only share my experience. For the last few year I've been and will always be grateful for the Law Offices of Dr. Fagel and associates.

Used Steven Zwick for 2 different cases. And felt confident after initial consultation that he might be the real deal. I can honestly say it was quite impressive on watching him take charge & get it done. He's real good at what he does & I would recommend his law firm.

Was told their case load is too high so they can't help me. Why are they still advertising then? Why doesn't their website state that? Why are there no other reviews? Can't they update their own information? They stated that they got back to me in an email from a questionnaire I filled out on their website but they actually didn't get back to me at all. This shows me that they really don't have any accountability at all. Website has lot's of talk but there is actually very little action...sad.
