I would like to start off by saying Fresh Start Law Center, PC arguably the best background attorney law service NATIONALLY!! Here are the facts: Professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, compassionate and most importantly someone who listens carefully, attentively, and sympathetically is willing to help someone as effectively as possible. In my situation, once I submitted all of the requested forms and letters, my expungement request process was approved and my record re-established in less than 30 day. I believe with this type of one of a kind service, Fresh Start Law Center, PC is the best in the business!!

I found Fresh Start Law Center by google'ing for an expungement company. I'm glad I chose this law firm to work on my expungement. The company I'm working for is doing a background employee check so I really need it to get done quickly. My case is a light offense but I don't want it in my record. It took one month and four days from the day it was submitted for my hearing to be scheduled and expungement to be granted. The chief attorney, Mr. David Huffman told me that I don't need to appear in court but I went to the court to verify I have a hearing on the date he gave me and there was =). I only dealt with Mr. David Huffman throughout the process and he's always there to answer my questions. I like that his responses are quick and in most instances, it's like we're messaging but we were actually using email. The price is comparable to the others I found online. After my expungement, Mr. Huffman also gave me pointers on what to expect after expungement. My case is in Placer county California. I'm writing this review because I believe Mr. David Huffman can help more people like me who once made a little mistake with the law and want it corrected and move on.
