I reached out to a number of different attorneys before retaining Jeffrey Marquart. When explaining the details of my accident most were not interested due to nature of the case or never returned my calls. Not only did Jeff return my call, he spent about 35 to 40 minutes on the phone with me and answered every question I had asked. During the initial office consultation, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in product design defects but also extremely professional and friendly putting my wife and I completely at ease. I had never retained an attorney prior to this nor had I ever been involved with any type of other legal matter, so I was very unsure and apprehensive of what I should expect. Jeff was very clear in laying out our expectations related to the general procedure, time frame, possible outcome, etc... During the complete process, Jeff kept us informed with regular updates as each step progressed though the process and what we should expect next.
