This was a long and stressful battle but at the end of the day Mr. Hatcher handled my case in a positive, professional, honest and thorough manner. All of the office staff (especially Alexes) was always helpful with answering my questions as well. At the end I was granted my move away to New Orleans with our son! I hired Miles and Hatcher to help with my child custody. i am extremely happy with my results. i was awarded full custody as i hoped for. Living in California this may seem far fetched due to society siding with mothers predominantly. Due to the efforts and diligence of Cornell Hatcher the judge granted custody to the correct party. I hired the Law Offices of Miles & Hatcher to represent me and my wife in a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person that rear ended us questioned the legitimacy of our claim and told us that we would not be compensated for the injuries suffered from the accident. Mr. Hatcher represented us and not only got all our medical bills paid, he made sure our car was repaired and arranged a generous settlement for the pain and suffering we experienced as a result of the accident. I hired Mr. Hatcher to handle my civil case regarding the ownership in my property. The case was basically a nasty divorce that should have been a family law case ,but because we weren’t married it was considered civil . I had added my ex to the title of my house , and he decided he was entitled to half of the equity in the property . My ex had ridiculous demands as to what he should receive , and how things should be handled. Within days of hiring Mr. Hatcher , he was able to get my daughter , and I out of a very hostel living situation while we settled the case. I can honestly say that during the process Mr. Hatcher handled my case , and me very well. I had never been through anything like this , and I was a very demanding client. He was very fair with fees, and how things were worked out. He never stressed me out with how he would be paid while the case was in process. It was always about how things would be settled , and what we would do . He always gave me his opinion of what he thought while letting me have the final decision. He was very rational, and I feel where most attorneys will drag things out, and do anything they can to cost you more money, He would constantly advise me of how things could be handled cost efficiently, while still going in my favor. In the end we settled the case. My ex didn’t get close to what he was asking for, and all the other issues that existed were handled prior to the closure of the case. Not only is Mr Hatcher a knowledgeable attorney, but he also genuinely cares about his clients. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case, and I am so glad I hired Mr Hatcher. I hope I don’t need an attorney again, however if I do , he will be my first , and only call. I would refer him to all my friends and family.
