Previously I had researched other firms but seemed to corporate and no one would pick up the phone or ran into automated messages. When I called Nguyen Law Group Andy answered me and right away I felt the personable service. Andy took time to explain to me the process and assured me he could assist me with my mothers bankruptcy. Thru the process I was in touch with Andy on a regular basis via phone call and email. His staff also followed up with me and answered any questions we had.
