I was looking for attorney to help me with a hearing related to a domestic violence restraining order, child custody, and child support and I chose Mr. Brock because he was highly recommended to me by a friend. I attempted to handle all the paperwork on my own at first, in order to save money, but after 7 months I realized the importance of having an attorney at the hearing. Not only did it relieve me of the time and stress but also gave me peace of mind knowing that I had an expert to support me, especially with the restraining order legalities. Mr. Brock and his staff were able to review my case and help prepare/submit the evidence, witness list, and necessary paperwork for my hearing in which a 4 year restraining order was approved. In regards to child custody, I was happy that my time with my son was not affected, especially after the other parent originally filed asking for 50/50. These results have impacted my life tremendously where I can now live stress/anxiety free and finally move on with my life. I am so thankful for Mr. Brock's help and would highly recommend him!

Larry Brock is not only a great attorney, he is also a wonderful person. His thoughtful and caring approach to his business is refreshing. Larry guided me through a rough time in a very kind way. He is an expert in all aspects of family law including custody issues and simply put, the guy is just smart. Attorney Haslam drew up my Marital Agreement 10 years ago & I thought I would never need it. So glad I got it! Came back and Attorney Brian helped me through my divorce. Very professional & knowledgeable. COVID made things drag on but we finally settled 3 years later. Attorney Michelle had just passed the Bar and was jumping in & out of cases helping out. She is & will be an amazing Attorney! They care about you as a client but make you feel like family! Definitely recommend checking them out.

The team at Haslam and Thorne are amazing. They are very professional, will tell you up front if one has a case or not. I went for help for child custody and support. Brian and Michelle Thorne did great jobs. They made sure that the courts didn't railroad me. In the end I was awarded more time with my child and reasonable support payments. I would go to them again if the situation ever arises.

I began looking for a lawyer in hopes to receive the help I was looking for. I am a single mother that had a custody case in which I did not know anything about the process or how things worked. Mr. Brian Thorne was actually the attorney that took over my case when his business partner Mr. Haslam retired. Mr. Thorne represented me at my first court appearance for child support. He was very helpful and we left with an order in place that day. Throughout the years, Michelle Thorne has also helped with my case. They both were always very informative, ethical, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. He and his staff always kept me up-to-date on what was going on with my case. I was able to reach them when I needed to. I have used a couple other family law attorneys in my past before I knew Mr. Thorne. I would highly recommend Mr. Thorne over any of the other attorneys I used. He is definitely fair and will fight for you!
