I’m grateful I was connected to this company. During my stay at the Ridgeview Residential...I had to get a Lawyer. The Covid19 just had started. And I was given evictions notices. 3 xs...my lawyer informed me there was a stay on Evictions. Did she care? Nope! She continued to threaten me. At least twice telling me she was gonna call the police and have me removed. I was terrified, I didn’t have any place to go! My lawyer got involved and gave her the laws I. An E-Mail. They protected my right! The abuse continued and it wS really hard...but my lawyer said she can’t do anything, still I felt fear and tons of anxiety. Ridgeveiw is for people with mental health issues. I would hav ended up hospitalized in a mental facility if it had not been for my great lawyer protecting my rights and talking to the manger herself...I recommend this if you need a good lawyer

You must read Senate bill SB329.....
Due to a prior landlord event,
I had filled out all the paperwork couple years ago, so when I called them this time they were able to do everything over the phone.
SB329 Senate Bill 329 the day they announced this was going to go into effect January 1st 2020 the new owner of my building send out papers of eviction notices. If you are a renter or landlord you need to read it. All rental units are now HUD units. The rent in my building went from 500 to $750 a month. I was told I had to vacate the building and reapply for my apartment. But now I don't make enough money to qualify for my apartment. I had HUD papers that went up to the new limit and I was still refused the ability to stay there.
My neighbors that left before I did we're hit with a huge repair bill from the new property owner. The property management company is working with them to try and make it legal and not just what the new property owner wants. If they do not all reach a satisfactory amount of money it will have to go to small claims court. A person that rented from another property management company was in the same situation a few years ago he took it to court and he won. They had reworded things so that they could charge for the same thing three times. My property management company would not allow me to be there for a final walk through for them to decide what boxes to check for what has to be cleaned and repaired. They stated that a before I move out walkthrough was all that was legally required of them. It takes up to 21 days for them to legally mail out the bill to you after you have vacated the building. I am still waiting for mine.
