I talked to chase kinney and Van kinney. They are truely amazing at doing there job. Highly recommend if you need a lawyer.

Super sad to have to post this because from what I understand he is one of the best, however during my fiancé’s custody battle he DID NOT represent well AT ALL. All false allegations brought on by the mother could have been proven false by all documentation given over, but none was used. The Judge ruled in favor of the mother who had already proven to be unstable and neglectful and violent, and the Father proven to be stable and loving and the kids have been thriving under his care during a year of having emergency custody orders. There was absolutely no communication after the trial from this lawyer to discuss any further action and ALL options. Due to his misrepresentation the kids have already been exposed to their mother being beat and spit on and experienced threats of violence toward the kids from her spouse. Now with orders violated we can barely get a response on actions to be taken….only a matter of weeks after the court rule…..Sad and troubling.

I contacted this law firm looking for council. I ended up speaking with Chase Kinney. She has been so helpful!!! She answered my questions, she guided me in the right direction and she listened. She is very knowledgeable and knows her stuff! Not to mention she is honest, she was straight forward and let me know I didn’t need her right now and that she didn’t want to take money from me that I didn’t need to spend. What lawyer you know would say that? None in my experience. I’m so thankful I called Kinney and Kinney because they are definitely lawyers you want on your side.

I went to Mr. Cogan with a head injury case. Mr. Cogan and his staff, Chanda, Adrianne and Andy always treated me with great compassion. Mr. Cogan and his staff were right on top of things and always kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had a pretty frustrating case and they never lost their cool. Michael Cogan's law firm fought hard to push for every dollar they could get for my settlement. Even after the case was settled, they got me an extra $2000 and change back on my ambulance bill, that was a welcome bonus. I am very grateful for all their hard work, persistence and patience in settling my case.

This man is compassionate. I truly believe he has a care for the people he represents . He has a value for truth and what is right. He speaks with class and dignity and has many years of experience that show in court. He is expensive as is ANY attorney but is worth every penny. Many attorneys seem to be in it for money at any cost philosophy which is why so many people can't stand them but this one has a conscience. He is soft spoken but his words pierce like an arrow.
