It took me two months to get a consultation regarding my custody case. I walked in with my three year old (no family in the state) they just said, “we don’t allow children in the office”. I’d of happily arranged a babysitter if they would have communicated this when they scheduled the consultation.
Probably a bullet dodged.

Chase is an amazing attorney shes been taking care of my custody/support trail, and i couldn't be happier with her performance. Obviously you have to be careful when choosing a lawyer because theyre not cheap but i promise she worth every penny and has your best interest. Definitely one of the best of shasta county. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After a consultation I paid for, Dret McHatton agreed to take my case. While I was waiting for something from them to get the retainer paid, they decided to not take my case and "fill their calendar." They didnt even bother reaching out to me to let me know. I had to reach out and ask myself. Knowing it's a last minute case. I cancled another consult with another lawyer because Dret gave me his word. Wouldn't trust this lawyer to keep his promises.
