“A Lawyer with Heart”, that is how I describe David Clark. David has worked on several legal issues related to my business and personal needs. In all cases, he has shown a high level of expertise and kindness throughout the process of bringing the job from beginning to end. What has impressed me most about David is his true desire to be of service and assist me in resolving issues that have caused me stress for years. It is wonderful to have someone providing assistance who has both the practical knowledge to get the desired results, while at the same time, the wisdom to really listen in order to find out how he can be of the greatest assistance. If you are looking for a lawyer who cares about you as a person, while at the same time is sharp, clear-minded and able to help you resolve your legal issues, I highly recommend David Clark.

My divorce experience started in 2006. After two years of litigation the court of Appeals mediated a settlement that allowed my X to stay in our home until it sold at which time I would recover a substantial portion of the equity. Eight years later my X was still in the house, collecting rents, I was paying the payments and it seemed to me the house would never sell with my X in it. Then I hired David to figure out how to enforce the original judgment. David worked tirelessly and expertly to modify the judgment in a way that gave me control of the sales process. My X received an eviction date, left the home and rents are now paid to me. David also handled post trial motions to vacate the modified ruling and also handled the appeal. During the process, David kept me informed, provided expert advice, prepared all of the necessary legal documents and never failed to answer a question when asked. If you have a difficult legal problem or an easy one, I suggest you call David to get an opinion. He is straight forward, honest and to the point. He will let you know what he can do to help. If all Lawyer's were like David Clark there wouldn't be any Lawyer jokes!

This lawyer is extremely thorough, thoughtful and knowledgable about the law, the court system, and resources for help. David has always been available when needed. He has not hesitated to research critical legal issues. Incredibly, David took the case at a rate I could afford and agreed to take payment on the balance. David is sharp, well-dressed, and honest. All around, I felt this lawyer took my best interests to heart.

David Clark handled my granddaughter's divorce/custody/property settlement case. This was probably one of the most difficult, involved cases ever. Mr. Clark went over and above what I have ever known an attorney to do. He worked tirelessly to achieve the outcome my granddaughter wanted for herself and her children. He was persistent, professional, and the epitome of integrity. I have never been so impressed with the way David Clark handled the case, never giving up when crisis after crisis dogged this case. If you are looking for an attorney for an easy or a difficult case, David Clark is your man. I can't recommend him highly enough.

David has helped us obtain money from the State of California to provide training for our employees. Once again, David is not working with the state to help us pay for additional technical training needed to compete more effectively with out-of-state business.
