We hired DeAnne to go over a Family Trust that was set up by another attorney and she updated and explained things to us that we were not ever made aware of. Did a excellent job and easy to work with. We also consulted her with our Real Estate transactions (2) and she is up to date and right there with important facts, saved us time and money. We went to DeAnne to update our trust,prepared by an other attorney. After review DeAnne explained we needed a rewrite. DeAnne handled our numerous questions on why a redo was indicated, in a very professional manner. DeAnne asked numerous questions to be certain our trust was what we wanted and intended for our estate. We had an unfortunate business problem, that DeAnne handled in a most favorable fashion.

DeAnne saved an escrow for us. She was very responsive, quick with the answers, and knew what she was talking about. Without reservation, I would call DeAnne again. In real estate, and in this case in particular, the Title Company would not move without getting an attorney involved on a Trust deal....and we were in limbo. I had called 2 other attorneys before calling DeAnne....DeAnne responded and did a great job. All parties very happy with her professional work. (by the way, on my previous review of DeAnne, I checked the wrong boxes.....this time correct...she was excellent)

We had a very difficult escrow with immediate need for some probate work. I called 3 different attorneys in our area...all considered to be good at probate work. Within a few hours, I got a return call from DeAnne and she said she would look at the case. Shortly thereafter she said she could do it; called the client; agreed upon a very reasonable up-front fee...and proceeded with the task. She kept me well informed; acted as if this was a priority for her; and accomplished the task and solved the problem within 10 days...and the escrow closed. Without DeAnne and her professional work, the escrow, most likely, would have not closed.
