I had just lost my husband a few months before I was in a hit-and-run accident. My car was totaled. I was pretty banged up nothing serious but pretty banged up. I was getting no answers from his insurance because he was refusing to answer any phone calls. I was still pretty emotional wreck from losing my husband and this Just sent me over the edge. I had never had to have any type of lawyer services before so I did not know what to do. My daughter suggested Barr & Mudford. She went in there with me. Let me just say Katie Barr is the easiest person to talk to. She never made me feel stupid. She just sat there and listened to what Ihad to say, and I’m sure she did not need to know all of it. Anyway, she was just a fabulous person to deal with. Her staff was incredible Everybody kept me up-to-date on everything And ended up getting me a Very impressive settlement . If I Ever need an attorney again I will definitely go see Katie.

Never trust this organization. They took a case, waited until it was too late, and then told me they couldn't take the case because they were friends with the person I was seeking to sue. They caused my case to run out of time by doing this, and I'm certain it was done in purpose. They are not trustworthy. Beware.

Great people. Only criticism would be to keep your clients updated weekly on the progress of lawsuit. I had to reach out and contact the lawyers myself in order to find out the latest updates on my case.

Everyone was so professional and courteous. They kept us well informed, and got us a larger than expected settlement.

From the first phone call we were treated as if we were their first clients and very important. As is normal the insurance company wouldn't settle until the time was running out. Barr & Mudford kept us informed and even closed for more than expected.

I had a car accident almost two months ago. The person who hit my vehicle did not have car insurance. After making all the necessary calls regarding the accident I then contacted Barr and Mudford to see what my options were. Katie Barr was so helpful. She advised me several times without charging me. She gave me the confidence to navigate my own insurance company claims and told me if I eventually needed her then I could hire her. She called me today, our 4th interaction, just to see how I was doing. I am really impressed with this family owned law firm. You do not typically receive this kind of service. Just an FYI, I had interacted with another accident/injury law firm before speaking with Barr and Mudford, I did not speak to a lawyer and they wanted me to sign papers to which they could take up to 40% of whatever I received from my claim. This is not so with Barr and Mudford. I highly recommend them.

I am very satisfied with Barr and Mudford. From the very beginning, I was treated with respect, dignity and professionalism. Brandon kept me up to date on the proceedings and was always there for me. Answering texts and phone calls. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
