Ryan was instrumental in helping bring justice to a very serious crime I was accused of. I was facing some serious charges that could have impacted my life in a very bad way. Though the court process was long, he was persistent and worked endlessly to eventually have my case dismissed. I would highly recommend him.

The DA and my public defender were trying to offer me a felony, a strike, and felony probation for my criminal case! I’ve worked with Shelly for the last few years. She’s honest and realistic when it comes to outcomes. I’ve been going to court for custody of my daughter on and off for 8 years. I finally was able to gain full custody, after years of working together and taking her advice. I would recommend her to anyone. Shelly and Savannah who works there are both so kind.

Hands down Shelly Morgan is the best family lawyer in the Redding area. I have been in and out of court for the past two years and she has fought tooth and nail for my rights to visitation and custody. I have seen the other family lawyers and none of them compare. Her secretary Savannah is always super nice and even reminds me of court dates and to turn in paperwork the courts need. If you want the best and you want to win this is the team you need.

Mr. Birss and Courtney helped me with a criminal justice background report I was dealing with regarding a 25 year old charge affecting a firearm purchase, Ryan worked diligently side by side with me remotely for around 18-months communicating with the Shasta County DA’s.
