I have a very complicated matter which is a crossover between immigration and family law. Ms. Tytell has done extensive research to help me ascertain the best way forward to resolve my current legal issues. She is extremely diligent, pleasant, and understanding with me. Without her assistance, I would not be able to resolve this on my own. I am so grateful for her services and expertise. Definitely consider her firm for your legal matters!

My experience with this law firm has been nothing short of a distressing emotional rollercoaster, especially given the time-sensitive nature of my child custody issue, which remains unresolved, ultimately causing harm to my children. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of transparency regarding who would be representing me. Despite my clear preference for Andrea, I was abruptly assigned a different attorney without any explanation or consultation. This sudden change left me feeling disoriented and manipulated, all while my children's well-being hung in the balance. The mishandling of vital legal documents due to internal miscommunication only added to my distress. These errors led to prolonged delays and increased financial strain on my end. It seemed as though they deliberately avoided direct communication with me, the client, which was not only emotionally destabilizing but also hurt my children's prospects for a stable future. The most alarming and traumatizing incident was when legal documents were incorrectly served to the wrong address. This not only caused significant delays but also placed an unnecessary emotional burden on me and my children. The fact that such a fundamental mistake occurred, causing further harm to my kids, is heartbreaking. Despite investing a substantial amount of time and money, I have yet to witness any meaningful progress in my case. The frustration, stress, and disappointment caused by their actions have left my children and me emotionally scarred. Their emotional instability in handling this critical matter has had a direct impact on our well-being. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the firm's refusal to acknowledge and rectify these errors, especially in a time-sensitive child custody issue, is inexcusable and has had a profound effect on my life. My initial decision to choose this firm was based on a recommendation, but the traumatic and emotionally unstable experience I have endured has had consequences beyond repair. I hope others are aware of these distressing practices and ethics and think twice before seeking their services, especially in sensitive child custody matters.

"Wish 0 stars was an option" Omg 😲😱 ❌️ PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Please absolutely avoid. I simply found her on google and read reviews! The first day she was so welcoming and so great. Came in her office very nice office and she had a great attitude. Let her know everything and she was amped to get it done. We said okay let's hire you. Signed a retainer via docu sign in August 2022. Paid half one week and next half next week. Wanted to get a fill of the attorney. [6k total] So for the first two weeks if I had questions Andrea the main attorney would call anytime after hours early mornings text everything. It was no problem. They received the second half of the payment. Man I thought I was representing myself. She just stopped. Andrea stop responding and I was talking to her paralegal all the time. I let this go on for 2 months then I was like will I ever talk to my attorney? I had to always ask for an update. Never was given one. After I ask would I speak with my attorney they seem to be upset and wanted to accused me of yelling at the paralegal racquel. Now why would I do that when this is the only person who had time for me. So she send me emails with these accusations and once again have not spoke on the phone so I was like please call this is untrue. I received a call a week and half later. Wait let me back up. The day it happen she said she will call me in 48 hours I literally had to wait a week and half and this was me once again begging for my attorney to call. Final she called she backed pedal about the yelling and said she said I had a high tone. Then she final gave me an update saying opposol council didn't respond. Now every letter sent on my behalf I had to beg for an update then a letter will be sent the same day. Because she fail to pick up the phone she communicated things that I didn't want. She also got names and things mixed up all because she did not pick up the phone. After all of this then they hit me with my bill and said this is your balance and this has nothing to do with retainer. Now the balance wasn't a problem it was the timing and how it was done. I just wanted to understand the charges because after 5 months my divorce process hasn't gotten anywhere. She hit me with a green clause that we never discussed and when asked she acted like I was not trying to pay my balance when simply just inquiring about charges. If you are going through a divorce. She is not it. She does not communicate. They lied on me. They hid behind a phone for months. It was so bad that when I called the office and said my name the lady was so rude it was disgusting. In the end I feel like things was prolonged to allow time to run. I have so many messages of lies, meaness, smartness, and just full neglect of an attorney. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. It was hurtful, disappointing, and thousands of dollars later I am having to start over because she failed to do her job. Attorneys are suppose to be officers of the court. Not make this process harder. The endless cries begin to be about my attorney verses the divorce.
