Susan is definitely a 5 star Probate/Elder Abuse attorney! I was at a very low point in life when I met Susan. Shortly after the death of my aunt, who raised me, I served with a Trust naming a shady realtor and undocumented handy man as Trustees to my aunt’s Trust. The only asset in the Trust, set up by the Trustees, was my childhood home in which I resided when my aunt died. Shortly after being served with the Trust, the Trustee's served me with the Notice to Terminate Tenancy. My first probate attorney blew the deadline to contest the Trust. I was referred to Susan by a friend. From the start, Susan was compassionate and direct. Susan filed a civil action on my behalf and helped me mediate the matter successfully. Susan made sure the Deed was transferred to me. Thanks to Susan I was able to keep my home! I highly recommend Susan for your Probate needs!!

Its blessing to have met Susan. We met Susan when an elderly relative, never married and no children, was in a nursing facility and he expressed his desire to have his Living Trust created. We found found Susan's information online and we called the number to make an appointment. Susan was gracious enough to meet us at the the nursing facility where our relative was living to and to initiate the process. My relative's Revocable Living Trust was completed in no time with all properties, etc were transferred into the Trust. Since then, Susan had updated two other Living Trusts for our family. When our elderly relative passes, we plan to have Susan do the administration of his Trust. She has been a great help and to our family.
