As a 40 year, veteran of the private bank, trust and financial services industry, I am constantly on the lookout for estate planning professionals to help my clients in the drafting of their estate plans. Usually disappointed with large law firms with regard to quality and price, I prefer to work with smaller, more committed firms. Bier Law is one such firm! I was very impressed with their team, their straightforward and easy to understand descriptions of rather complicated topics, and their commitment to follow through for their clients. I recently sat in on one of their breakfast discussions, and was very impressed with their tone and clear responses to questions. To those working to construct an estate plan, you would benefit from a conversation with Seth Bier.

My husband and I found Seth professional, well-informed, helpful, and personable. I cannot put into words the appreciation that my family and I have for Seth and the work that he has done to assist us with a rather delicate matter involving a family member. While I'd rather avoid going into intimate details for obvious reasons, Seth was tasked with this issue which was then made all the more complicated by the emerging uncertainty related to the onset of COVID-19 and its considerable impact upon the legal system. However, regardless of the obstacles, Seth never wavered or deviated from task and, despite considerable obstacles, saw it through. Just as importantly, he made absolutely sure to keep us appraised of the situation throughout the process and was unfailingly responsive to our inquiries. Further, he always went to whatever lengths were necessary to ensure that he had broken down the process and legal concepts involved into a digestible format for those of us not intimately involved in the law. In addition to ALL of the above, I have had occasion since where I have found myself in need of direction regarding the family member's situation. And, though, under no obligation to assist us, Seth has still generously provided invaluable advice and direction to us. So, in short, I offer my most sincere and complete endorsement and recommendation to Mr. Seth Bier. Anyone who might avail themselves of his professional services will surely find themselves and all parties concerned well-served by such a decision.

Mr. Bier went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with a legal inconvenience. We were very impressed with not only how quickly he responded to our inquiry, but how thorough he was. Very professional and thorough. Ensured that I understood the legal process and steps I needed to take. Mr. Bier communicated with our family through the entire process. I did not have to track him down because he was always available and/or returned phones calls in a timely manner.
